We were fed an incredible amount of propaganda ilk about supporting the underdog, regardless of the underdog's motivation or reason - I was even taught that it doesn't matter and thusly shouldn't be investigated. We're even taught to hate ourselves as Americans because other countries aren't as privileged.

That type of mentality has made 9/11 into a backlash of Muslim and Islamic sympathizers who don't have reason enough within them to reason out why they support who they do.

So far, as a nation, the majority of the people support Muslims, Islam and Hezbollah for no other reason than someone else (probably on TV) suggested that we should because as "underdogs", they need some lovin'.

I like how Glenn Beck suggested that most of the hate from Egyptians towards the westerners is because of the "My enemy's enemy is my friend." mentality, which made Mubarak very wealthy from America and gave him the power to be the dictator he is.

So now Egyptians hate the U.S. (for funding Mubarak's tyranny amongst other things) and U.S. hates themselves and most sheeple love Islam. Using words like "Brotherhood" make people feel warm and fuzzy inside, which only reinforces the ignorance already in place.

It's not rocket science to figure out who's going into power next.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21392130.post-47038770674226806272011-02-03T14:10:09.571-05:002011-02-03T14:10:09.571-05:00"Well, actually, maybe he is. After all, if the majority of people want Sharia law, a dictatorship by the rightly-guided, hostility to the West, and Israel's destruction, I guess a revolutionary Islamist government is fulfilling the will of the people and thus is behaving democratically."
This is what happened in Hamastan: is everyone losing their marbles?
