Holy Cow !!! Rick Sanchez is Truly a Moron

The Situation In Iceland is rather scary as a volcano under a glacier erupted for the second time in less than a month melting ice and sending rushing flood waters from around the Eyjafjallajokull glacier and down the mountainside.

Scientists said the eruption under the ice cap was 10 to 20 times more powerful than one last month, and carried a much greater risk of widespread flooding. This eruption sent ash miles into the atmosphere shutting down air traffic all across Europe.

With all of the worry and danger there is some comic relief. I am talking, of course, about the Clown Prince of CNN, Rick Sanchez the man who called the concept of state's rights a racist term. Poor Rick couldn't understand how you could have volcanoes in Iceland when it is so cold there. Yes Rick you can have volcanoes in a cold climate, and before you ask,  the sun is still in the sky when it is cloudy outside. Holy Cow, Rick Sanchez is Truly a moron. Watch the video below and read the transcript:

SANCHEZ: I was just asking Chad, how can you get a volcano in Iceland? [Myers laughs]. Isn't it too- when you think of a volcano, you think of Hawaii and long words like that. You don't think of Iceland.

MYERS: Right.

SANCHEZ: You think it's too cold to have a volcano there. But no! There it is.

MYERS: Look at that.

SANCHEZ: What is this? Explain-

MYERS: That is a-

SANCHEZ: Go- take us through these pictures.

MYERS: That is a plume of ash coming out of the top of [a] volcano, going straight up. Tens-

SANCHEZ: What's that white stuff though? It looks like clouds.

MYERS: Tens of thousands- that's just a cloud.

SANCHEZ: Oh, okay.

MYERS: Yeah. The volcano is going off, but there's just regular weather happening underneath it. This thing is going tens of thousands of feet in the sky, and it is going right into the flight path of an awful lot of airplanes.

Notice that when he started at CNN, he had the top Primetime spot at 8 Eastern. Now he is in the afternoon. If his ratings don't improve (They are in the tank.), CNN will give him the axe!

I say why bother. This is the mentality one expects from them.
