Helen Thomas Says Jews Should Get the Hell Out of Palestine and Back To Germany-MUST SEE VIDEO

Note If you cannot see the videos in the post please CLICK HERE

Helen Thomas is as fair and open minded as she is good looking. The most Senior of White-House Correspondents has given up being a real reporter and instead spends her time spewing venom toward America's war on Terror and/or anything Israel does. For example during the 2008/09 Israeli battle with Hamas in Gaza, Thomas was interviewed by NPR and compared the IDF action to Nazi Germany
I mean, you can’t remain neutral. I remember the rabbi who spoke at the Martin Luther King march on Washington. Heschel had a cameo appearance, and he said, “The greatest sin of all in the Nazi era was silence.” When you remain silent to the suffering and the incredible aggression against a people, then you are culpable.
Just two days ago Thomas berated Robert Gibbs for America's initial reaction to the violence created by the Guerrilla Flotilla, she said Israel committed a massacre and Israel is a terrorist state.

I used to attribute Thomas' venom to the combination of her liberal leanings and Lebanese heritage, video below indicates that her intentions are more nefarious than that, Thomas is not a big fan of the Jewish people.

My friend,  Rabbi David Nessenoff, an award winning film-maker, visited the White House for the Jewish Heritage Month Ceremonies.  There he had the chance to meet Helen Thomas and asked her about the Middle East:

Go back to Germany and Poland?? Why Ms Thomas? You do remember the Holocaust right? Heck you are old enough to remember the crusades.

There are some people who believe that any criticism of Israel is Anti-Semitism. That belief is as ignorant as Anti-Semitism itself. There is however, a great deal of crossover between hatred of Israel and Hatred of the Jews. To find out what people really mean you need to examine the words they use.

Helen Thomas' comparing of the IDF to Nazi Germany is nothing but an attempt to water-down the horror of the Holocaust, and to dehumanize Israel. And her advice to the Jews to get the hell out of Palestine, and go back to Poland and Germany is nothing short of anti-Semitism. If Thomas' comments were directed toward any other group but the Jews, she would have been out of work a very long time ago. Maybe it’s time for Helen’s bosses to retire her to the “The Home For Old Crazy Anti-Semites.

UPDATE: Helen Thomas issued the following statement today: “I deeply regret my comments I made last week regarding the Israelis and the Palestinians. They do not reflect my heart-felt belief that peace will come to the Middle East only when all parties recognize the need for mutual respect and tolerance. May that day come soon.

Just posted on The Lid:
PART Two of The Helen Thomas Interview.

See why history's verdict is that the Jews not the Arabs have the right to Jerusalem and environs:

I think you said it correctly ... 'venemous'.. It's sadder to think that Ms. Thomas is way past her prime - and she shows it time and again. The problem I have is... When will the White House also figure that out?

Not exactly a slip of the tongue. She said what she believed and now is facing the truth of her belief system. An apology would only mean something to me if she said that saying that made her realize what an anti-Semite she was and she was doing some soul searching to try to come to grips with her bigotry.

Can anyone else see the irony of this kind of comment coming from someone who has spent most of her life living in a nation that was created by white Europeans *stealing" and "occupying " land by displacing the "red skinned" people that were living in that nation before hand.

If Ms Thomas is going to live by the principles that she seems so keen to apply to israel then shouldn't she get the hell out of America?

I have concluded long ago that freedom of speech is often accompanied by freedom of ignorance.

What shocks me most in Helen Thomas' comments is the decades long knowledge the press must have had as to this womens political views and yet they steadfastly covered for her all the while claiming an alleged superiority of thought and virtue.

Mindless blabber, bla bla bla, something something, end then suddenly "Peace in the Middle East!" The standard trick that is used by braindead would-be beauty queens who like to win the sympathy of the public and the judges of a beauty contest. And of course the liberation of Nelson Mandela, although that one is rarely heard the last few years.

Useless talking about Peace in the Middle East is only done by people who are not able to think straight. The only real problem that is in the way of Peace in the Middle East is the islam. Ever since the invention of the islam, there is a tendency of hate towards the jews. In that book of theirs is a lot of hatred hidden, underneath sweet and gentile words is anti-Semitism. But just like Mein Kampf (the Nazi book) the koran is very clear in what the solution is. The total destruction of the jews.

I think Peace in the Middle East can be achieved if the source of all evil is removed, the islam has to be ended. Not altered, not changed, not evolved, and surtanly not modernised! The world had to be sanitised of the islam. Every moslem should be explained that his religion is faulty. Only then there will be Peace, and not a moment sooner!

Like hell she regrets her comments.

What she regrets is that her comments got OUT into the BLOGOSPHERE; she knows the DEM/MSM won't cover reveal her racism. She KNOWS they will COVER for her.

Anyone seen this video blasted across ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, etc., night and day, as it would be had any Conservative made the comments?

Didn't think so.

What you DID catch, however, is Helen Thomas telling the interviewer her REAL feelings.

Despite sharing her true feelings she is also sharing them quite bluntly to a Rabbi, and his teenager, on some pay-your-respects Jewish Heritage Day, and while on the white house. There is a time and a place for everything to be voiced and this was not it for her. Good she left her job before she slips more and more into senility
