Almost 5 Years With No Freedom - Support Gilad Shalit Billboard Campaign

After 5 long years donate to give Gilad Shalit a chance of freedom

It's hard to believe that almost 5 long years have gone by since Gilad Shalit was captured by Hamas. 5 years have gone by, where we each lived, loved, learned and evolved. But for Gilad Shalit and his family time stands still. June 25th will mark five long years of heartache for Gilad Shalit and family.

I've been asked by Gal Sitty, the campaign manager for the Free Gilad Billboard campaign, to help out in the effort to make this initiative possible.

Five years we have all stood waiting for our leaders to do what is necessary to free Gilad. Everyday that goes by is another long, lonely day for Gilad who is being kept hidden somewhere in Gaza in unknown conditions. Hamas, has not even allowed the Red Cross to visit to ensure he is being treated humanely.

Now Hamas is officially in the Palestinian government that is making a push to the United Nations asking for statehood.

Please do what you can to give Gilad a voice. We cannot allow the world to continue to ignore this unspeakable crime. Donate today to the effort to put up a billboard near the UN headquarters in New York telling the world leaders to free Gilad Shalit! The Shalit family is waiting to see this billboard go up, lets show them we all care and we are here for them and for Gilad by putting up this billboard.

Click here to donate to put the billboard up next to the UN headquarters in New York City. If this campaign does not reach $10,000 by Jun 6th, at 1:30 p.m. PDT, no credit cards will be charged.

Please share this initiative with your friends on Facebook and Twitter to expose it to more people.
