C...AEP is closing four electrical plants this year. CPS is closing three in the next year. Luminant is also closing three or four plants in the next 12 months. No new plants are opening. Obama's new regulations are forcing them to close. Where is the replacement energy coming from? It isn't. Obama has seen to it that no new plants are coming.
