Did Pajama Boy Appear Live (in PJs) on MSNBC?

Watching Morning Joe On MSNBC, I could swear that Pajama Boy was on the show wearing the same Pajamas as he did in the ad. Here is the ad the President sent out:

Here is they guy live on Morning Joe:

Certainly looks the same, some have suggested that the second picture is Joe Scarborough, I am not sure, but if it is, MSNBC doesn't pay the guy enough. Watch the video below and you decide:
