Chuck Schumer Sends A Little F-U To The Times Square Demonstrators

While 12,000 people were in Times Square on Wednesday to protest the P5+1 listening to speakers rip Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) for his silenced,  Schumer was on Instagram tweaking the noses of the demonstrators.

Much of the pre-rally publicity mentioned Schumer's silence as he is a key vote due to his leadership position in the party and his supposedly pro-Israel stance. If Schumer he rejects the agreement other senators will follow. Schumer knew what was coming at the rally and the speakers did not disappoint as chants of "Where's Chuck?" rang out from the speakers all night long.

During the demonstration the NY Senator who was in Washington, posted a photo of bagels with a frivolous comment his Instagram page.
“Really missing New York bagels in Washington this week; they’re simply the best. #bagels #iloveny,” wrote the leading candidate to replace Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid.

Jeffrey S. Wiesenfeld, who organized the rally against what he calls Obama’s “terms of surrender” to Iran, told me [Richard Johnson of Page Six], “Good to know our senator takes some days more seriously than others.”
As I reported this week, Schumer has been getting the cold shoulder in the Hamptons from the pro-Israel crowd, first at Lally Weymouth’s annual shindig, then last weekend when Merryl Tisch brought him to hedge-fund mogul R‎on Baron’s party.
Some might believe the Instagram post was just a little coincidence, he just happened to post a picture of traditionally Jewish food and talked about how he missed New York while 12,000 Americans were in the heart of NY City demanding he help kill a deal which will hurt the Jewish State.

He was more likely channeling Rocky when he was being punched by Apollo Creed, it was his version of "you aint so bad." But it would be best for him to heed what Jeffrey. Wiesenfeld said during yesterday's rally. Wiesenfeld demanded the senator round up votes against the bill, or “we will throw you the hell out (...) Chuck, this is your moment! This is your time to make the decision.”

Chuck, man up,  it's to stop playing silly games.
