Just two hours after it was revealed that Hillary Clinton had at least two top secret emails on her personal email server, a spokesman for Hillary Rodham Clinton's presidential campaign says she has directed that the personal email server she used while serving as secretary of state be given to the Justice Department.
Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill said Tuesday she has also directed her team to turn over a thumb drive containing copies of emails sent to and from a personal email address via that server to the Justice Department.
A U.S. official briefed on the matter who was not authorized to speak publicly says that Clinton's lawyer, David Kendall, turned over three thumb drives after the FBI determined he couldn't remain in possession of classified information contained in some of the emails.
