Hey MSNBC You've Fired IMUS But U Have One More Bigot to Fire: Pat Buchanan

MSNBC announced tonight that they will no longer simulcast the IMUS in the morning radio show. What IMUS said about the woman on the Rutgers basketball team was thoroughly disgusting. Although I believe that IMUS is honestly contrite and should not have been fired by the network --- but now that they have done the deed they should finish the job. The Network's chief political correspondent, Pat Buchanan is an ever bigot then IMUS, why doesn't MSNBC fire him too?

Probably the most harmless thing Buchanan has done is perpetuate the Myth that the Jews controls foreign policy.
  • For example in Buchanan's essay "Whose War" he blames the Iraq war on a bunch of mostly Jewish public figures such as Bill Kristol, Paul Wolfowitz, Max Boot, and Richard Perle. Buchanan charges those public figures with "colluding with Israel to ignite wars and destroy the Oslo Accords. We charge them with deliberately damaging U.S. relations with every state in the Arab world that defies Israel or supports the Palestinian people's right to a homeland of their own." He goes on to say, "For whose benefit these endless wars in a region that holds nothing vital to America save oil, which the Arabs must sell us to survive? Who would benefit from a war of civilizations between the West and Islam? Answer: one nation, one leader, one party. Israel, Sharon, Likud." ( The American Conservative Whose War?, A neoconservative clique seeks to ensnare our country in a series of wars that are not in America’s interest. by Patrick J. Buchanan, March 24, 2003 issue)
  • In July 2006, during Israel's conflict with Lebanon, he accused President Bush of "subcontracting U.S. policy out to Tel Aviv, thus making Israel the custodian of our reputation and interests in the Middle East." Further, he said that when Bush was asked if he would urge Israel to restrain airstrikes, he "sounded less like the leader of the Free World than some bellicose city councilman from Brooklyn Heights." (TheAmericanCause Where are the Christians, by Patrick J. Buchanan, Tuesday, July 18, 2006)
Folks thats tame--there is his denial of the Holocaust and his love of Hitler.
  • Buchanan has challenged the historical record that thousands of Jews were gassed to death by diesel exhaust at Treblinka: "Diesel engines do not emit enough carbon monoxide to kill anybody." (New Republic, 10/22/90).
  • And of course there is the matter of his hero the Fuhrer To quote Buchanan, "He (Hitler) was also an individual of great courage, a soldier's soldier in the Great War, a leader steeped in the history of Europe, who possessed oratorical powers that could awe even those who despised him. But Hitler's success was not based on his extraordinary gifts alone. His genius was an intuitive sense of the mushiness, the character flaws, the weakness masquerading as morality that was in the hearts of the statesmen who stood in his path." (St. Louis Globe/Democrat, Aug 25, 1977).
Its not Just the Jew that Pat hates he is no big fan of African Americans either:
  • In the late 1940's and 1950's ... race was never a preoccupation with us, we rarely thought about it ... There were no politics to polarize us then, to magnify every slight. The 'Negroes' of Washington had their public schools, restaurants, bars, movie houses, playgrounds and churches; and we had ours." (Right from the Beginning, 1990).
  • Back in 1991 he accused the former head of the KKK of theft. "David Duke is busy stealing from me. I have a mind to go down there and sue that dude for intellectual property theft." (Manchester, NH Union Leader, December 15, 1991).
  • Buchanan has ridiculed those who oppose the display of Confederate flags in state capitals. He has written that the American Civil War was about independence, self-determination, and "the right of a people to break free of a government to which they could no longer give allegiance", as well as irreconcilable cultural differences between the North and the SouthThe Death of the West, Buchanan cites this as an example of how culture is more important than political ideologies, because "[t]he South was 'attached to the same principles of government' as the North. But that did not prevent Southerners from fighting four years of bloody war to be free of their Northern brethren." Buchanan, Pat (2002). The Death of the West: How Dying Populations and Immigrant Invasions Threaten Our Culture and Civilization. New York: St. Martin's Press, 145.
  • In 1969, Buchanan urged Nixon not to visit King's widow, Coretta Scott King, because he felt, "It would outrage many, many people who believe Dr. King was a fraud and a demagogue, and perhaps worse. ... It does not seem to be in the interests of national unity for the president to lend his national prestige to the argument that this divisive figure is a modern saint memo dated April 1, 1969, quoted in AP wire story: Buchanan's Positions ... In His Own Words Charleston Gazette March 03, 1996.
These are just a few of Buchanan's hateful comments and stereotypes. Unlike IMUS whose statements were made out of stupidly-- going way overboard in a desperate and unsuccessful attempt to be funny, Buchanan's are the result of a systematic campaign of Hatred. If MSNBC is truly trying to purge its airways of hate they have at least one more bigot to fire.

I remember meeting Pat Buchanan back in 1996, when he was running for president. I sported a 'Go Pat Go' sticker on my folder at college - got a lot of dirty looks for that.

But then he went kooky on me. I don't know exactly when that happened (might have always been kooky for all I know) but he's an intelligent man who has turned his energies into darker pursuits. It's a great loss for conservatives, but one I'll gladly suffer for the disreputable slander that comes from him these days...

Great article - great work.

OK, so Pat has an intense dislike for dem Jooz. Does that make him a bigot just because wherever something is wrong, he sees a Joo? Where is your sense of proportion and fairness, Yid?

Dear YwL
I note this site as my 'sanity sanctuary'. Just offering kudos on the brilliant artwork that continues to outdo itself. Text is my living, but nothing beats a good pic for getting the message across:-)

Let people have their opinion so they can be ridiculed publicly. If we get rid of everyone who offends someone else we will have nothing to watch or listen to on broadcast media.

I view Pat as an idiot by the way, although even an idiot can sometimes say brilliant things. I don't demand perfection in radio or tv personalities.

My view on the Imus matter?
Al Sharpton is a Nappy Headed Ho
Excerpt: pray that black people wake up to the fact that this is not 1950 and the enemy is not white people but greedy, self-aggrandizing, publicity-grabbing, money-laundering, drug-dealing, race-baiting, self-loathing black demagogues like Al Sharpton.
