Support For Obama AND Obamacare at Record Lows

Perhaps the Harry Reid's "Great Compromise"  is the straw that broke the camel's back because Rasmussen's latest poll of voters regarding Obamacare shows 56% opposed which ties the record low, Presidential approval is also at a record low as 55% of voters now disapprove of the way Barack Obama is performing as the nation's Chief Executive.

Along with 56% opposition of Obamacare Rasmussen finds that just 40% of voters favor the health care plan. The passion of the opposition is fierce, 46% strongly oppose Obamacare, only 19% who strongly favor it.
“The most significant detail in the data is that 63% of senior citizens oppose the plan, including 52% who strongly oppose it,” says Scott Rasmussen, president of Rasmussen Reports. “Seniors are significant in this debate both because they use the health care system more than anyone else and because they vote more than younger voters.
Seventy-one percent of those in the president’s party favor it, 81% of Republicans oppose the plan and 69% of independents oppose the plan.
But again the emotion is on the side of the opponents: Thirty-eight percent (38%) of Democrats strongly support the plan, but 74% of GOP voters and 57% of independents strongly oppose it.
..Only 21% of vote.rs say the quality of health care in the country will get better if the plan passes. Fifty-four percent (54%) say quality will get worse, while 18% expect it to stay about the same.
Fifty-seven percent (57%) say health care costs will go up if the plan passes. Seventeen percent (17%) say costs will go down, as the authors of the plan contend. Twenty percent (20%) say health care costs will remain about the same if the legislation becomes law.
Rasmussen's Presidential Tracking Poll reports only 24% of the nation's voters strongly approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty-two percent  strongly disapprove giving the POTUS an approval Index rating of -18, one point below yesterdays record low of -19.

Obama's overall approval and disapproval numbers set records today, 44% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the President's performance, the lowest ever for this President, 55% now disapprove which is a record high.
Seventy-two percent (72%) of Democrats now offer their approval while 80% of Republicans disapprove. Among voters not affiliated with either major party, just 36% approve.
Seventy-seven percent (77%) of liberals approve while 76% of conservatives disapprove. The bad news for the President is that there are a lot more conservatives in the country than liberals. However, he gets a bit of a boost because 57% of moderate voters still offer their approval.
As Obama continues to push policy down the throats of the American voters, which they disagree with, his ratings will continue to slide.

And, of course, Reid, Pelosi et al will ENSURE ObamaKare is passed despite what the groundlings think. You, me, we're completely insignificant. It isn't about our wishes, it's totally about THEIRS.
