Jake Tapper of ABC News reported that during the Univision forum yesterday, Obama falsely claimed that Operation Fast and Furious began under "W."
“I think it’s important for us to understand that the Fast and Furious program was a field-initiated program begun under the previous administration,” said President Obama, after the Univision hosts asked him why Attorney General Eric Holder hasn’t been sacked for his role in the scandal. “When Eric Holder found out about it, he discontinued it. We assigned an inspector general to do a thorough report that was just issued, confirming that in fact Eric Holder did not know about this, that he took prompt action and the people who did initiate this were held accountable.”Jake Tapper points points out
In actuality, the Fast and Furious program was started in October 2009, nine months into the Obama presidency.The president has told this lie before. He is referring to a program under the Bush Administration called Operation Wide Receiver, a program similar to Fast and Furious without the part about allowing the drug cartel to get weapons.
Previous programs involving ATF agents allowing guns to “walk” across the border so as to trace them were run during the Bush presidency, but not this particular “field-initiated program.”
Fast and Furious should be a much bigger issue than it has been. It not only reflects a law and order failure for the Administration, but a foreign policy (Mexico) disaster and a cover-up by the DOJ. Of course this potentially damaging story has been kept under wraps by most of the mainstream media.

obama demands Romney to show tax filings { which I think the 12 years obama received tax refunds would be much more interesting, no telling how many babies daddy he claimed to be } Now I pray That Romney will demand obama's college transcripts that he has ordered none see, and even has legal action taken to hide them, obama knows if anyone see's how him and michelle majored in the down fall of America and even wrote papers on marxism, and socialism, that not one person would vote for him or his wife! So I pray the GOP will now demand his transcripts, and why not just demand his 12 or 13 years of tax files while Romney is shaming obama and his liberal media machine, obama's tax returns and files would be much more interesting!

Now recently having so called classified documents released that have fictious boostings of his greatness in every hand written classified secret letter, and he still claims victory of a war he would have nevered began, and claims to be the killer of osama ben liden, and it was Bush who set up the agencies and Bush who went after the... killers of our people, but now obama claims to be a general!
