Americans are demanding that President Obama develop a strategy to confront ISIS, but none seems forthcoming. On Fox News last week General (Ret.) Jack Keene said that whatever the President is doing, it isn't working. However Newsbusted Anchor Jodie Miller spoke to another retired General (see video below) who says its all a matter of perspective. Obama's ISIS strategy is working...but it's working for ISIS.
