Yesterday a group of European parliamentary representatives met with Hamas-affiliated members of the Palestinian government was important.
"Our visit here is very symbolic," said Kyriacos Triantaphyllides from Cyprus. The EU "has a need to deal with this government, because we consider this an opportunity for the road to peace."Opportunity for PEACE? This guy is either illiterate, recovering from an emergency lobotomy, got slipped too many moron pills, or Kyriacos must be talking about Hamas on the planet Barney the dinosaur because there is no opportunity for the road to peace with Hamas in the real world. Just take a look at what the terrorist group has been saying lately:
“Our people are entitled to respond to the daily atrocities perpetrated by Israel....Our people have the right to resist the occupation in the absence of a political horizon.” — Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal, Jerusalem Post, April 28, 2007.
“‘The blood of our people is not cheap....Therefore we are calling on ... (Hamas's armed wing) and the Palestinian resistance groups to be united in the trench of resistance and to use all possible means of resistance and to respond to the massacres.’” — Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum, Jerusalem Post, April 21, 2007.
The Friday sermon of March 30, 2007, on the occasion of the birthday of Muhammad, was delivered by Hamas spokesman Ismail Radwan in the Gaza mosque of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan. The sermon was broadcasted live on the Palestinian national television, controlled by Abu Mazen, the Chairman of the Palestinian Authority....In his sermon, Ismail Radwan included the following verse: ‘The Day of Judgment will not arrive until the Muslims fight the Jews and kill them, until the Jew hides behind the stones and the trees; and each stone or tree will say: Oh Muslim, Oh servant of God, there is a Jew hiding behind me, come and kill him; except for the gharqad, which is the tree of the Jews.’” — Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center, April 11, 2007.
“We will never give up our principles; anyone who thinks that Hamas is tired or weak is mistaken. Hamas has not stopped its military operations.” — Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal, Jerusalem Post, March 30, 2007.
“Incoming Palestinian interior minister Saeed Seyam, chosen by Hamas to oversee three security services, said on Thursday he will not order the arrest of militants carrying out attacks against Israel.” — Reuters, March 23, 2006.
“IDF forces killed early Thursday at least two terrorists belonging to Islamic Jihad’s armed wing as they were attempting to place a bomb along the security fence in central Gaza.” — Ynet news, March 23, 2006.
“On Sunday, IDF soldiers arrested two Palestinians at the Beit Iba checkpoint north of Nablus after discovering in their possession a 15-kilogram explosive device.” — Haaretz, March 13, 2006.
“‘We will not betray promises we made to God to continue the path of Jihad and resistance until the liberation of Palestine, all of Palestine,’ Hamas said in a statement, in a clear reference to Israel as well as to the occupied West Bank.” — Reuters, March 12, 2007.
ALL OF THESE STATEMENTS HAVE BEEN SINCE MID-MARCH. If I wanted to go back to January the number of quotes could triple.
These EU Parliament ministers are in their own world and I just don't get it? Either they can read or are too stupid to spell CAT even if you spot them the C and the A. Shame on these people. Please G-d, when it is time for these morons to meet their maker, I hope that their meeting yesterday and the deaths resulting from their legitimizing terrorism is part of the conversation.
Now all together, Lets sing the song the EU version of the Barney theme song recorded by the Hamas Jihad choir:
I Hate Jews
Israeli's too
ALLAH Commands us to make them Few
Israeli's too
ALLAH Commands us to make them Few
