The major problem with the letter is that is WRONG..the ADL gets involved in more that just bigotry. In the last year the ADL or its Supreme Emperor Abe Foxman has taken stands supporting abortion, supporting illegal immigration and same-sex marriage against JNF land remaining Jewish. They have gotten all tied up in their underwear on the Armenian Genocide Issue and ignored the blatantly anti-Semitic statements of Bishop Tutu because he is a leftist favorite. Right now Abe Foxman is on an anti-bigotry speech tour with one of the biggest anti-Semites around, Al Sharpton.

Ann Coulter is hardly qualified to be the judge of which advocacy groups should best represent the interests of American Jews or Americans in general ("How long before the ADL kicks out all its Jews," Nov. 1).
Her recent anti-Semitic remarks – that Christians "just want Jews to be perfected" and her comment that all Jews should convert – reveal Coulter's bias. Her hypocritical effort to tar the reputation of Jewish and other venerable mainstream advocacy groups would be laughable if it wasn't so offensive.
Coulter's attack on liberal groups is par for the course. However, groups like the Anti-Defamation League and the American Jewish Committee are nonpartisan defense organizations. ADL routinely speaks out about anti-Semitism, racism and bigotry regardless of political affiliation.
Coulter's attacks against these groups and others should be taken at face value. They are little more than a desperate attempt to deflect attention from her own bigoted and hateful views, and her mistake in giving vent to anti-Semitism on a national cable broadcast.

The ADL is not non partisan it is a left wing organization that sticks its nose into so many issues that it has no business sticking its nose into. If the ADL spent as much time fighting Anti-Semitism as it did on issues that have no part of their mission such as immigration, abortion and partisan American Politics the Jews of the world would be so much better off.

My father used to say that the ADL would rather fight to get a wealty Jew with a gentile trphy wife into a WASP club than help Jewish Jews. Unless I'm mistaken the ADL refused to help a group of Ortho Yale students get out of a mandated coed dorm 20 years ago.
They have long stopped being a Jewish org.
For all of Ann's 'perfection' nonsense, as longas she's not burning me at the stake to try and 'perfect' me, I'll happily stand by her in fighting anti-semitism and Islamo-fascism.
Ann only said that which the Christian religion is based on and the ADL should truly be embarrassed by her devout belief in G-D which they don't share. She truly does represent true Jewish values as G-D presented them at Sinai (though her practice is misguided) more so than the ADL does when you compare the ADL's positions against our holy Torah and Talmud.
Abraham Foxman recently made a joint statement on hate symbols with the prominent racist and anti-Semite Al Sharpton (thus adding to Sharpton's credibility, and that of his hate group).
Last year, Foxman & Co. whitewashed anti-Semitic (and other) hate speech from MoveOn.org.
