Israelis OVERWHELMINGLY OPPOSE Splitting Jerusalem

Below is the full poll commissioned by Israel Policy Center for Promoting Parliamentary Democracy and Jewish Values in Israeli Public Life. It is even more revealing than the excerpts published yesterday--Israelis OVERWHELMINGLY OPPOSE dividing Jerusalem. Israelis OVERWHELMINGLY OPPOSE giving up the Temple Mount. Israelis OVERWHELMINGLY OPPOSE kicking the Jews out of Judea and Samaria. Israelis OVERWHELMINGLY AGREE that Israel should take a tougher stance with the Palestinians.

Prime Minister Ehud Olmert is carrying out negotiations with the head of the PA, Abu Mazen, on an agreement that he claims will advance an arrangement with the Palestinians, within the framework of which the IDF will withdraw from Judea and Samaria, Jewish communities will be evacuated from there, part of Jerusalem will be transferred to the Palestinians and a Palestinian state will be established in those areas.
