I received this Email this Morning:
Dear Sammy—
I am 8 years old. Some of my little Democratic friends say there is no War on Terror. Papa says, "If you see it on Yidwithlid , it's so." Please tell me the truth, is there a War on Terror?

Virginia, your little friends are wrong. They have been affected by the skepticism of a liberal age. They do not believe except what builds their political careers. They think that nothing can be except when they can knock the Republican with their little minds. All minds, Virginia, whether they be men's or children's, are little. In this great universe of ours, man is a mere insect, an ant, in his intellect as compared with the boundless world about him, as measured by the intelligence capable of grasping the whole of truth and knowledge.
Yes, Virginia, there is a War on Terror. It exists as certainly as does Peace and Honor exist, and you know that al Quaeda abounds all over the world including your backyard, and you know brave American Heroes have given their lives to protect to your way of life, and innocents have suffered from the terrorists hands. Alas! how the world would be better, if there were no War on Terror! It would be better if the Islamo-facists realized that there were no 72 virgins in heaven. There would be no danger of blown-up office buildings, no bodies spewn about the street, we can be secure in our faiths then, no fear of dhimmitude, it would make more tolerable this existence.
We should share less fear, have more enjoyment, especially in sense and sight. The external light with which childhood fills the world would be brightened.
No War on Terror! We wish it were true. But the Dhimmie Demmies also believe in faeries and Unicorns. They are so PC they want your papa to hire men to watch in all the chimneys on Christmas Eve to catch Santa Claus and arrest him for civil rights violations because he only visits Christians.
But even if you do not see terrorists coming down your street, what would that prove? That we have been as lucky as we have been vigilant, that the War on Terror is not working? They do not wear signs on their backs that identify themselves, that say "Hi I am Achmed, I am here to blow up your building". The most dangerous things in the world are those that neither children nor men can see. Did you ever see the twin towers terrorists coming? Of course not, but that's no proof that the buildings and were not destroyed. No good man can conceive or imagine all the evil that is unseen and unseeable in the world.
It rips apart the baby's cradle, Kills their moms and dads, but there is a veil covering their unseen world, which can only be lifted by the vigilance of everyday Americas. Not the strongest man, nor even the united strength of all the American risking their lives across the world can tear apart their evil plans. Only if supported with the faith, poetry, and love of the American people can they push aside that curtain defeat the enemy and protect us all. Is it all real? Ah, Virginia, it is real, they threaten all this world and the Democrats must realize that it is real and abiding.
No War on Terror! Please God that it should be true! But we live with fear for now. A thousand years from now, Virginia, nay 10 times 10,000 years from now Americans will thank this generation for their vigilance.
