Obama's New Attack-OLD People Should Just Die

Everyone is so quick to play that Race card whenever they want to protect Senator Obama. Why then is it OK for people to discriminate against John McCain because he is 72 years Old. Its almost as if they believe that Old people have no purpose in this world and they should just sit down and die.

According to Social Security actuarial tables the average life expectancy of someone who lives to 72 is 84 years old. That means that chances are that McCain will live through two McCain administrations and the first Palin one (wouldn't that piss the Democrats off).
While most cultures look to someone with age and experience for their wisdom, for some reason Senator Obama looks at our seniors as just old and waiting to die. Just take a look at what they said on to Stephanopoulos this morning

Obama Surrogate Attacks McCain for Age, Cancer

On This Week with George Stephanopoulos this morning, Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., a surrogate for the campaign of Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., raised the age and health of Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., when discussing the qualifications, or lack thereof, of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.

McCaskill said she stood by her remarks that she's "uncomfortable with anyone, regardless of gender, that is going to be vice president to one of the oldest presidents we've ever had that has never met a world leader."

When Stephanopoulos asked her it was fair to raise McCain's age, McCaskill doubled-down and mentioned his past skin cancer, saying, "I think what we're talking about is a reality. Other people talk about his melanoma. We're talking about a reality here that we have to face. This is someone who's going to be one heartbeat away from the presidency. All of us know it. I just think that it's the facts, George, and that's something that we need to start focusing on, are the facts, instead of distortions and lies."

McCain campaign surrogate Carly Fiorina said that she thought the attack was "disrespectful in the extreme. This is ageism. All you need to do is look at the schedule that John McCain has kept for the last two years to realize that he is one of the most vigorous, most energetic campaigners, frankly, in my judgment, out there. So I think this continued resort to 'he's too old' is desperation, frankly, not to mention disrespectful to a very capable commander in chief."

Sen. McCain is, of course, not commander in chief.

And Obama's a smoker. He could die from lung cancer or kill others with second-hand smoke. And a lot these people know about skin cancer. Nearly every elderly and not so elderly person (myself in cluded) in my family has gotten a few of these things removed and none of them is in danger of dying anytime soon.

If I have my facts straight everyone that is alive is in danger of dying. Do Obama's supporters know for a fact that he is not going to die any time soon simply because of his age?

If I remember correctly, quite a few fascist-ruled countries have also glorified the youth and thought of older citizens as burdens to society. Let's not go back to this.

Barack Obama Sr. died at age 46. Barack's mother died when she was 53.
Barack Obama is 47. Median death age is 20 yrs 6 mos.
Again actuarial evidence that he is close to death.
John McCain's mother is 96. His father died when he was 70. median death age is 86
