Israel Says FALK-YOU To the UN Human Rights Investigator

In the twisted world of the United Nations, where fair is foul and foul is fair, Richard Falk is the perfect man to lead the Human Rights Council in its continuing efforts to de-legitmize Israel and find fault in whatever the United States says or does. By perfect I mean they found someone who is a Jewish American Kappo to crap on both his home country and his heritage.

Falk is a big believer in human rights, he has called the Ayatollah Khomeini a liberator. He blames Islamofacist terror on the fact that much of Islam "finds itself under the heels of U.S. economic, military, cultural, and diplomatic power." (Well at least that is cleared up). Falk is also a member of a lawyers organization that the CIA once called a "front" for the Soviet Union and just like Rosie O'Donnell is a member of groups who are still waiting for the "real" story of 9/11.

Falk tried to get into Israel today but the Jewish State basically said, Falk YOU get out of here:

UN Envoy Who Compared Israel to Nazis Denied Entry Kislev 18, 5769,

A United Nations envoy who has accused Israel of treating Palestinian Authority Arabs in Gaza like the Nazis treated the Jews during World War II was denied entry to Israel at Ben Gurion International Airport Sunday night.

Professor Richard Falk was put on a plane headed back out of the country early Monday morning after officials said he had failed to first coordinate his visit to the Jewish State with the government. Falk was scheduled to meet with PA officials in Ramallah this week, despite the fact that Israel had made it clear that he would not be allowed to enter the country.

"It is indeed rare that Israel bars entry in this manner," acknowledged Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Simona Helprin, "but we cannot accept a situation in which an envoy arrives about whom it is known in advance that he will not carry out his role properly."

Falk had arrived for his first visit as the UN’s Human Rights Council’s special investigator on the conditions of Arabs in the PA territories. He will report his findings in a document to be submitted to the United Nations in March 2009.

Lets face it, Falk didn't need to visit Israel to make his report, since his research has no basis in reality.

Last Tuesday, the envoy had slammed Israel in a statement in which he accused the Jewish State of “wide-ranging violations of the fundamental human right to life” that he said were causing a “humanitarian catastrophe” in Gaza. He said Israel was “allowing only barely enough food and fuel to enter to stave off mass famine and disease.” Falk also accused Jerusalem of a policy of “collective punishment” for what he referred to as “political developments within the Gaza Strip” – presumably the landslide victory at the polls in 2006 of the Hamas terrorist organization, as well as its continued popularity in Gaza.

What about the fact that Hamas continues to pound the Negev communities with rockets and mortars. Oh that's right, according to the UN, its not terrorism when Israeli civilians are attacked. There has to be a special place in hell for people like Falk.

Let's hope that this is a sign that the Israeli gov't is beginning to grow a backbone and that they apply it also to the rest of the myopic jackasses of the world, and that they finally concentrate on freeing Gilad Shalit and insist that the immoral treatment of Jonathan Pollard be brought to an end.
