There is something seriously wrong with this guy- including some sort of anti-Judeo-Christian agenda.
You have to love these commentators that are somehow against everything that made the US, Europe, or Israel bountiful and powerful democracies in the first-place. You'd think Oliphant would be old enough to know what makes a nation work by now.
A lot of leftists are like anybody else jealous of others' success- as irrelevant outsiders, they strive to make their voice heard... in attacking everyone who makes the country great.
