ONLY ONE WEEK LEFT!!!! SEND OUR HERO TROOPS A CARE PACKAGE TODAY!

ONLY ONE WEEK LEFT!!!! SEND A CARE PACKAGE TODAY!
We need your help!  The Lid is participating an a "blogisphere-wide program run by Move America Forward, who's purpose is getting as many care packages as possible sent to the troops before  a June 25th Troopathon event that features Michelle Malkin, El Rushbo, Laura Ingraham, Mark Levin, Kelsey Grammer, Gary Sinise, and Hot Air's Ed Morrissey. Please consider clicking on this link or on the picture above to order a care package to be sent to the heroes serving our nation and protecting your family in the toughest theaters of conflict.  (My wife the CPA wants me to remind you that Move America Forward is a 501(C)3 so all care package donations are tax deductible.)

Most importantly, each care package will include a personal message written by you where you can express your gratitude to our military. This is done through the order form by putting your message in the Comments box. Along with your message will be included a "self-addressed" envelope for the troops to send you a Thank You note if, and when, they have time. This is done through the order form by putting your address in the Ship To field. Rest assured that all care packages are sent to Afghanistan and Iraq.

Oh one more thing  Move America Forward has asked four bloggers to captain teams to compete to see who can get the most care packages bought for the men and women overseas. I am part of the Hot AirSteamers led by Ed Morrissey of Hot Air. We are competing against some of the biggest and best blogs in the net. So please buy a few care packages through the Steamers’ page, Help us win and even, more importatnly bring some cheer to those who have dedicated themselves to protecting you and your families. Its a great way to say "Thank You"
