The Montana Senator is slurring his words and it seems as if he his having problems standing up strait. Lets face it the guy is either "sh*t-faced," honoring the late Senator Ted Kennedy with an Imitation of being drunk, or maybe looking for an excuse for when he faces the voters of Montana and they ask why he voted for such an awful bill. "I don't know, I was really drunk at the time."

I can't tell you if this was a one-time occurrence for Max Baucus or something that happens very often. I can tell you that it will be a miracle if you ever see it in the main stream media. It does explain how anyone could seriously vote for Obamacare.
