This is the first time since the primary that the Rasmussen numbers have reflected an increase in support for Angle from the previous week. When leaners are included in the new totals, Angle attracts 50% of the vote, while Reid picks up 48%. (leaners are those who initially indicate no preference for either of the candidates but answer a follow-up question and say they are leaning towards a particular candidate)
While neither candidate is viewed favorably (Reid's unfavorable rating is 55%, Angle's is 56%), many of the other numbers in the poll are positive for Angle.
- Should Bush Tax Cuts be extended? Yes 59%
- If the Bush cuts were not extended would they hurt or help the economy? Help 27% Hurt 48%

"... as the race heads into its last six weeks."
Is the race skipping either September or October?
One would think that by now a large majority of Nevada voters would recognize Harry "Zoning King" Reid for the crooked, lying, hypocritical, racist, disloyal phony he so demonstrably is.
With 76 days to go before the election on Nov. 2, more and more people will catch on to this D-rat thug. We may disagree with Angle on some of her positions, but she is a loyal American with a commitment to freedom, democracy, and the rule of law. No one would make that mistake about Harry Reid.
Hey, Nevada! You can't do any worse than the clown you've got now, and Angle shows every sign of being a huge improvement. Give her a shot! Do your fellow citizens a favor, and kick the bum out!
