This one has to be the most creative global warming story to come out of the Church of Global Warming in a long time. The Shores of Kent in Great Britain has been cluttered with approximately 40,000 dead crabs. The explanation being sold to the public is Global Warming is making the seas warm, motivating the crabs to move toward the shore. Now you may not know this but Global Warming is causing Great Britain to suffer through its worst winter in recorded history. Since the crabs are now close the shore due to the hot water caused by global warming (so the experts say) and since the water near the shore is unusually cold because of the frigid cold winter (also caused by global warming) the crabs suffer from hypothermia and die. Does that make sense? I didn't think so.
Coast Project Manager Tony Childs said he was surprised at the large numbers of dead crabs. "We had a crash in numbers last year and we hadn't expected such a large population," he said. You couldn't make this story up if you tried.
Cleanup would best be left to natural events, he said. "As happens with the circle of life in nature, we expect the crabs to be naturally dispersed from our shores very quickly by our local seagulls," he said.
When you put this crab kill on top of the reports of mass suicides of fish and birds throughout the world it makes one wonder if the moonbat's convoluted explanation of the crab deaths may be true, either that or there is some alien mind wave (the outer space kind) trying to wreck the food chain.
But the truth is mass animal deaths are nothing new. For example in 2005, over 1,000 toads exploded in Germany. An autopsy revealed that birds had eaten their livers, causing the toads to puff up and explode. In 2005, National Geographic reported that thousands of jumbo squid were found beached in California. The death of these “Red Devils” remains a mystery. National Geographic also reported that an estimated 10,000 Wildebeest lay piled up dead along the banks of Kenya last October. The animals all drowned while trying to migrate across the river. In late 2008, 60 pilot whales beached themselves along the rocky coast of the southern Australian island state of Tasmania. A week later, 150 long-finned pilot whales did the same. There was no truth to the rumor that the week before he beaching occurred Rosie O' Donnell was on the same beach in a bathing suit.
The point is that mass animal deaths are not rare, and now that their theories are being proven as nonsense, the Global Warming moonbats will try and exploit these normal occurrences for the purpose of spreading their hoax.

Why does this make me want to sing the theme from "Deadliest Catch"?
