Newsbusted Exclusive: Former Pres. Jimmy Carter Celebrated Rating's Downgrade

Most of the United States was upset about Standard and Poor's downgrade of our credit rating from AAA  to AA+. In a Newsbusted exclusive we have learned there was at least one person who actually celebrated the downgrade, former President Jimmy Carter.
