Newsbusted: Connecticut Dropped Death Penalty Because of Obamacare

This past week Connecticut's legislature passed legislation outlawing the death penalty, and Governor Dannel Malloy  said he would sign the bill. According the the legislators the bill does not apply to the 11 men now on death row, but I would imagine those 11 have a great case for appeal. The startling part of the legislation  is the reason for its passage.
