For millions of America today is a sad day. Postmarked by midnight tonight the tax paying 53% of the country would have filed their returns and paid their tax bill (as my wife the CPA reminds me an extension is just for the piece of paper the money has to be paid on time). For 47% of the country there is no tax bill. But in a special report by Newsbusted anchor Jodi Miller we learn of a newly established celebration by that 47%, its called Obama Christmas.
