You never know what nefarious program the Obama Administration will come up with, and this one truly takes the cake. The summer heat wave and the accompanying drought has all been created by scientists working in the Department of Agriculture. In an exclusive report by Newsbusted fill-in anchor Frazier Smith, we learn that the drought was created to make wheat prices rise, helping First Lady Michelle Obama with her efforts to fight obesity.
