Obama's Gift to Conservative Bloggers: DWS Remains as DNC Chair

Usually there is plenty going on for a conservative blogger to write about...but every once in a while there is a slow news day.  During the past two years Debbie Wasserman Schultz has been a big help, filling in those slow news days with lies...or just saying something something really stupid. During the election season the rumors were that Wasserman-Shultz would not be back as head of the Democratic party, leaving conservative bloggers with a big hole to fill.

Today however, we got some good news, stupidity will be back for the next two years:

President Barack Obama wants Florida Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz to stay on as his party's chairwoman, a Democratic official said Monday.

Wasserman Schultz has overseen the Democratic National Committee since early 2011. Party officials credit her in part with helping the president carry her home state of Florida, as well as leading the party to an expanded majority in the Senate and more seats in the House.

Obama is asking DNC members to back Wasserman Schultz when they meet in January, just after the president's inauguration, said the official, who requested anonymity because this person was not authorized to discuss the matter publicly.

Between the DWS renewal and the voters returning the clown prince Alan Grayson back to congress, Conservative Bloggers will have a little more to write about during the next two years.
