Mr. Tinkle down his leg is at it again. President Obama gave a long meandering speech a the Brandenburg Gate today. His oration lacked the brilliance of Kennedy's Ich bin ein Berliner, or Reagan's Mr. Gorbachev, Tear Down This Wall! but Chris Matthews knows the reason. You see, the sun ruined Obama's ability to use the teleprompter so he had to use notes.
