Mass. Democratic Candidate Ed Markey " It's Not Math It's Just Arithmetic." Is He REALLY That Dumb?

In Tonight's debate against  GOP Candidate and former Navy Seal Gabriel Gomez, Democratic Party Challenger Ed Markey proved once again he shouldn't be elected to the Senate but should remain in the House where he can join fellow Democrats such as Hank" Guam is Tipping Over" Johnson, and Sheila Jackson "North and South Vietnam are living peacefully side by side" Lee.

In tonight's debate Markey disputed that budgeting has anything to do with Math..."It's just arithmetic."  Huh?
