David and Jessica we called on to the field before a game of the New Britain Rock Cats last week supposedly to play a trivia game. But the third question was just for Jessica...a marriage proposal from David.
Many guys think that a public declaration of love such as a marriage proposal in a full baseball stadium is something a woman cannot resist---WRONG! As you can see in the video below, Jessica not only says no, but because she had to reject him in public..she does not wait around to discuss it with him...she just runs away, leaving David with holding the ring and sporting a damaged ego.
Minor league baseball teams have been known for creating pretty weird promotions so this might be a hoax--but Jessica's reaction--backing away as soon as poor Dave gets on his knees seems pretty real.
Ouch--that had to hurt.
