Despite all of the evidence to the contrary, the "paulistinians" claim their Emperor, former Congressman Ron Paul is not a racist, homophobe and/or anti-Semite. However Paul never misses an opportunity to show his true colors and prove their denials wrong.
On Wednesday of this week which just so happens to be the anniversary of 9/11, Paul (who is a 9/11 truther) will be the keynote speaker at the Fatima Center gala dinner in Niagara Falls, Canada.
This wouldn't be notable except for the fact that the Fatima Center is a fringe, schismatic Catholic group, whose leader Father Nicholas Gruner was suspended by the Roman Catholic Church in 1996. He rejects the teachings of Nostra Aetate, the Second Vatican Council's historic decision that ushered in an entirely new era in Catholic-Jewish relations, and he promotes anti-Semitism and Holocaust denial.
The Fatima Center’s publications have criticized the Pope for “kowtowing” to the “Synagogue of Satan,” claimed Jews were attempting to undermine the Catholic Church on behalf of Satan, and that “Zionist billionaires” have been “financially raping” the Russian people.
Father Nicholas Gruner, who runs the Fatima Center, rejected the allegations that his group was anti-Semitic in an interview with the Free Beacon.
“I object to the charges absolutely, no question about it,” Gruner said. “I am not anti-Semitic … I’m not against any particular people, race or nation because of their people, race or nation.”So Ronulins, If your hero is such a friend to the Jews, why is he spending 9/11 with anti-Semites?
However, Gruner added he is skeptical that 6 million Jews were killed in the Holocaust.
“What exactly is Holocaust denial?” Bruner said. “Are we talking about the six million Jews that are alleged to been killed by Hitler?”
“A question that nobody has been able to answer for me, is how can you have six million die, and have 13 million left, when you only had 13 million to start with?” Gruner continued. “I think it’s impossible. But you know, I’m open-minded. I’ll listen to somebody who can prove it otherwise.”
