If any story proves that this global warming hoax has gone too far, it is this one. According to the President's latest plan to reduce methane, this coming June, in partnership with the dairy industry, the USDA, EPA and DOE will jointly release a “Biogas Roadmap” outlining voluntary strategies to accelerate adoption of methane digesters and other cost-effective technologies to reduce U.S. dairy sector greenhouse gas emissions by 25 percent by 2020. In other words, the United States government is trying to reduce cow farts.

According to the new research, livestock’s noxious flatulence accounts for a large portion of the methane gas being released into the atmosphere. Researchers say cows are producing twice as much methane gas as scientists previously believed. The states producing the most methane gas were Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas – which also happen to have a lot of cows, oil and gas.Actually it is not just Cow farts but they belch too:
Cows are ruminant animals, that is, they have four compartments in their stomach. When they eat grass, bacteria in the first compartment, the rumen, softens it. The cow can then bring it all back up into its mouth and chew it again (chewing the cud). Because the process of food breakdown is anaerobic (without air) it produces methane, a powerful greenhouse gas. This is mostly belched, but partly farted.Who knew that cows were such pigs!
One thing wrong with the President's plan, based on the fact that global warming stopped 17 and 1/2 years ago, the only logical conclusions are their climate change theory is wrong, or these poor cows haven't farted or belched in almost two decades (someone get them a Gas-x).
