Israeli spy satellites over Iraq are able to detect frequencies and angles that U.S. satellites cannot are helping the US flesh out its knowledge base, said a western diplomat who added that Israel helps the pentagon “fill out its information and get better battle-damage assessments” after American airstrikes on Islamic State targets.
Israel had also shared information gleaned from international travel databases about Western citizens suspected of joining the insurgents, who could be potential recruits for future attacks in their native countries.
“The Israelis are very good with passenger data and with analyzing social media in Arabic to get a better idea of who these people are,” said the diplomatBut many of those Arab nations would rather lose than get information the hated Zionists so the Israeli-supplied intelligence would reach the US partner "with the Hebrew and other markings scrubbed out" to avoid raising hackles among Arabs, Turks and perhaps even the Iranian forces who also view Islamic State as a foe.

DEBKA says the report is just bunk, a leak by the zero-credibility State Dept.
One of the first things I learned when I started reporting is that DEBKA is like a broken clock it is correct about 1 out of 12 stories and that's purely by accident.
