As Commander-in-Chief and leader of this country Barack Obama must rally this country and make us feel better about bad situations. One of the ways to do that is, as the song says, to always look at the bright side of life. According to Newsbusted Anchor Jodie Miller, President Obama is even finding the bright side of the world Ebola epidemic (see video below). "At least," said the POTUS, there will be fewer people in the world to create global warming.
