Newsbusted Exclusive: EPA To Regulate 7Eleven Slurpees

Now this nanny-state-ism has gone way too far! It's one thing when Obama's EPA wants to screw up our economy, drive up energy costs, regulate our exhalation of CO2 and even the water in puddles, but this is outrageous even for them.

In cased you missed this, last week there was a study claiming the "brain freeze" you get from cold drinks such as slurpees, frosties and mcflurries and thick shakes may cause migraine headaches.  In exclusive report by Newsbusted Anchor Jodi Miller, we learn that the EPA, acting as typical progressives trying to save us--from ourselves is about to toss regulations on some of our favorite frozen drinks
