This was a strange week in the world of the media, Martin Bashir lost his job, Nelson Mandela lost his life, and NBC killed "The Sound of Music." It was a week where many people contemplated the past, Chris Matthews suggested that the 2000 election was stolen, and Harvard professor Stephen Walt channeled the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion." Speaking of the "protocol," this was also the week that a woman who is about to be a NYC councilwoman, said the knockout game attacks on the Jews of Crown Heights were caused by a fear the local Jewish landlords were going to kick blacks out of their apartments.
This week Robert Gibbs said it was time for Obama to stop lying, the Washington Post said Obama was a liar, then lied about America's feelings on the Obamacare birth control mandate, Ed Schultz blasted an article in Politico that I don't believe he read, and NY Magazine blasted Politico for a practice they do also.
Since last Friday Alex Wagner messed with videotape to call the RNC Chair a racist, Fareed Zakaria messed the truth about Iran, and President Obama told Bibi Netanyahu to just shut up. In all it was a typical week of media bias in the mainstream media.
Below are those stupid media bias tricks plus many more from the last seven days. Headlines are linked to the full article (and will open a new window). When it is a broadcast story the video/audio will also be found at the end of the link.
