Icebound Passengers On Antarctic Ship Of Global Warming Fools Finally Rescued

Well its finally a Happy New Year for the passengers from a Russian ship who have been stuck in Antarctic ice since Christmas Eve as they have been airlifted to safety in a five-hour rescue mission.

The ship, Akademik Shokalskiy had been on a mission retracing Sir Douglas Mawson's Antarctic expedition and conducting scientific research to prove the ice cap was melting away before the sea ice stopped it in its tracks.

Over the past nine days, poor weather has forced several air and sea rescue attempts to be abandoned.

"I think everyone is relieved and excited to be going on to the Australian icebreaker and then home," expedition leader Chris Turney told The Associated Press by satellite phone from the Antarctic.

What you wont hear from the mainstream media was the the aim of the Antarctic Expedition, led by Chris Turney of the University of NSW, was to prove the East Antarctic ice sheet is melting. Its website spoke alarmingly of "an increasing body of evidence" showing "melting and collapse from ocean warming".  But the ship they were on the  MV Akademik Schokalskiy from got stuck in stuck in ironically, record amounts of ice for this time of year.

Sir Douglas Mawson's expedition never became icebound and despite the scare tactics of the global warming mafiosos, the sea caps on both poles have been growing. Instead of finding evidence of retreating icecaps Chris Turney's expedition got stuck in the proof that their theory is wrong. . As they are transferred to sanctuary aboard the icebreaker Aurora Australis, Professor the evacuees must accept the embarrassing failure of their AGW hoax, as of their mission shows the Antarctic Ice Cap is growing rather than approaching a tipping point of total melt down.

In the end they will come up with some excuse why there is growing ice, just as the orthodox global warming theocracy tripped all over their underwear trying (and failing) to explain why warming stopped almost sixteen years ago.
