Administration's Reaction To Kidnapping/Murder of Three Israeli Boys Proves Obama And The Dems Are No Friends of Israel

It actually started at the end of May Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah/Palestinian Authority (PA) formed a unity government with the Hamas terror organization. Despite the fact that the group still calls for the destruction of Israel despite the fact that Hamas promised that the deal will not lead to their moderation. Indeed they declared the deal will lead to an expanding of terror. Despite all that within two days, the Obama Administration said that it would continue to financially aid the PA. The European Union (EU) and the United Nations (UN) have followed suit.

Two weeks later on June 12 empowered by the support of the American government Hamas kidnapped three boys Naftali Fraenkel, age 16, a dual Israeli-American citizen, Gilad Shaar, also 16 and Eyal Yifrah, age 19. They were missing for 18 Days. And what did our President say? What did the man who flips out every time Benyamin Netanyahu goes to the bathroom funny say? Barack Obama "friend of Israel" said nothing.

Did the President's Democratic Party friends criticize Obama's silence? Where was Chuck Schumer number 3 man in the senate? Did he scold the president's silence? What about DCCC chair Steve Israel? Did he open his mouth? Nothing but silence from these high ranking Democrats.

Since those boys were kidnapped there were over 40 rockets sent from Gaza into Israel. What did Obama say? Nothing! DCCC Chair Israel and Chuck Schumer high ranking "supporters of Israel" allowed this president to maintain his silence. DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Shultz who runs around the country telling people that Obama is a good friend of Israel, why didn't she open her mouth telling the "good friend" to put Tuchas Afen Tish (Yiddish expression meaning put up or shut up-literally put his ass on the table).

Today our worst fears were realized, the unimaginable has happened, Naftali, Gilad and Eyal are dead, their bodies found a short while ago. They had been missing since June 12th. What was the first reaction from the US Government--Urging restraint State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki said:
We have [been urging restrain] been urging continued security co-operation, that the Israelis and the Palestinians continue to work with one another on that. And we certainly would continue to urge that... in spite of, obviously, the tragedy and the enormous pain on the ground as a result."
How about staring with expressing pain over the deaths of three boys, one of which was an American?  Nah..urging restraint they were only Jews.

Later White House spokesman Josh Earnest says: "We obviously condemn in the strongest possible terms violence that takes the lives of innocent civilians."

A statement through a spokesman? Better than nothing? I guarantee that when Israel exacts retribution (which will be severe)  this supposed "friend of Israel" will speak himself urging restraint!  Restraint? If three American boys were kidnapped and murdered by terrorists, the US President, maybe not this one but one who understood protecting this country against terror would not show restraint.  If terrorists launched more than 40 missiles into the United States over the past 18 days an American President who believed in protecting this country would not show restraint.  And believe me Benyamin Netanyahu will not show restraint.

But at the same time the Democratic Party supporters of this president will continue to show restraint by maintaining their silence and allowing Obama to maintain his.

In announcing the death of the three boys the prime minister said:
"They were abducted and murdered in cold blood by human animals. On behalf of the entire Jewish people, I would like to tell the dear families –- the mothers, fathers, grandmothers and grandfathers, and brothers and sisters –- we are deeply saddened, the entire nation weeps with you. We will give the boys a proper burial."

Then the prime minister quoted Israeli poet Hayim Nahman Bialik. "'Vengeance for the blood of a small child, Satan has not yet created,'" he said. "[N]either has vengeance for the blood of three pure youths, who were on their way home to meet their parents, who will not see them anymore. Hamas is responsible –- and Hamas will pay. May the memories of the three boys be blessed."
A true friend would express outrage and horror over the murder of three Jewish children, true supporters of the state of Israel would publicly urge their leader to express his outrage.  Yet the sound of crickets comes from the Democratic Party.

UPDATE: After 18 days Obama released a statement
On behalf of the American people I extend my deepest and heartfelt condolences to the families of Eyal Yifrach, Gilad Shaar, and Naftali Fraenkel – who held Israeli and American citizenship. As a father, I cannot imagine the indescribable pain that the parents of these teenage boys are experiencing. The United States condemns in the strongest possible terms this senseless act of terror against innocent youth. From the outset, I have offered our full support to Israel and the Palestinian Authority to find the perpetrators of this crime and bring them to justice, and I encourage Israel and the Palestinian Authority to continue working together in that effort. I also urge all parties to refrain from steps that could further destabilize the situation. As the Israeli people deal with this tragedy, they have the full support and friendship of the United States.
Notice that the President did not retreat from his support of Hamas being part of the Palestinian Authority Government. Via his no restraint comment he was asking for Israel not to respond. I pray that the Israeli government maintains the same restraint that the American people would demand if these three boys were kidnapped from the United States.

Israel is the center of decency and rationality in a sea of Islamic inspired madness and murderous rage against modernity.

Is there any wonder why Obama and the Left loathe Israel so much? No it is because it denies their own atavistic desire to expunge the founding ethics of Western Civilization by its mere existence.

Atavistic or denial? Interesting in that progressives see themselves as forward thinking but often look backwards. Your comment was spot-on.

Israel exercised a positive restraint, analogous but more appropriate than putting a man in handcuffs (restraints). The restraint they showed is to restrain the enemy on the enemy's home turf. That is proper restraint.
