Iran Giving Hamas Tens Of Millions of Dollars To Rebuild Terror Tunnels

According to the UK Telegraph, Iran is transferring tens of millions of dollars to Hamas' "military wing" Izzadin Kassam to help it recover from last summer's Operation Protective Edge. The Telegraph says the funds will be used to "rebuild the network of tunnels in Gaza destroyed by Israel’s invasion last summer" and to replace the missiles fired at or destroyed by Israel during the operation.

Ha'aretz adds:
Following the military operation in Gaza, Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon had estimated that Hamas retained 2,000 rockets and mortars - about 20 percent of the 10,000 projectiles it had before the war. Thousands of these were either fired at Israel during the 50-day war or destroyed in Israeli attacks on Gaza.

During the fighting, the Israeli army destroyed 32 attack tunnels that were located by Israeli intelligence.

According to Arab media reports, Hamas and Iranian officials have been meeting in Tehran in recent months. The relationship began warming after the Gaza war last summer. Last month, Hamas leader Khaled Meshal met with Iran's speaker of parliament Ali Larijani, Palestinian sources close to Hamas told Haaretz.
The Iranian fact sheet for the nuclear deal with the P5+1 negotiators announced Thursday explains:
The parties to the Comprehensive Plan of Joint Action will need a timeframe for preparatory work for the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan of Joint Action once the resolution is approved by the Security Council. After the preparatory phase, and at the same time as the start of Iran’s nuclear-related implementation work, all of the sanctions will be automatically annulled on a single specified day.
This raises the question: if Iran can send Hamas tens of million dollars today, what will they be able to send once the deal supported by President Obama is implemented?
