Obama Lies About His Relationship With Israel On Iran

In an interview with NBC today, Barack Obama tried to deny the US/Israel split over Iran.    But his own words showed it was nothing but spin, notice that he keep saying I think...that's because he doesn't know:

Asked in an NBC interview whether Israel was set to attack Iran, Obama said: "I don't think that Israel has made a decision on what they need to do. I think they, like us, believe that Iran has to stand down on its nuclear weapons program," adding Israel and the United States would work "in lockstep" on Iran.

The truth is there is a wide divide between the United States and Israel on Iran, part of the reason is that Israel just doesn't trust Obama and his administration. 

Israel refuses to promise Obama that it will seek US approval before making a preemptive strike against Iranian Nukes, or to even tell Obama about it before a strike starts, an indication of Israeli mistrust of the Obama administration.

Once all but a handful of trusted staff had left the room, Mr Panetta conveyed an urgent message from Barack Obama. The president, Mr Panetta said, wanted an unshakable guarantee that Israel would not carry out a unilateral military strike against Iran's nuclear installations without first seeking Washington's clearance.

The two Israelis were notably evasive in their response, according to sources both in Israel and the United States.

"They did not suggest that military action was being planned or was imminent, but neither did they give any assurances that Israel would first seek Washington's permission, or even inform the White House in advance that a mission was underway," one said.

And as far as all options on the table and the Obama administration being in lock step with Israel about Iran, why then is the Obama administration warning Israel not to defend herself against Iran.

President Barack Obama, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and other top officials have delivered a string of private messages to Israeli leaders warning about the dire consequences of a strike. The U.S. wants Israel to give more time for the effects of sanctions and other measures intended to force Iran to abandon its perceived efforts to build nuclear weapons.

Why is sometimes Administration adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski who works for a Soros foreign policy think tank talking about the Jews bribing Congress, or the Obama media propaganda group Media Matters for America complaining that the Jews are trying to push America into a war with Iran.

Its easy to see why Barack Obama favors the terrorists in their war against the Jewish State, their methods are so similar. Just like Palestinian President Abbas, President Obama says one thing to the media, then uses his surrogates to say the complete opposite. 

The nicest thing I can say about Obama's comments about Iran and his relationship with Israel on the issue, is that he is lying.
